Shipping policy
We deliver to Australia and the United States. Delivery is free and every parcel is tracked.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays).
Delivery times
Each product page shows the delivery window for your country before you buy. Windows count business days from your order and include dispatch. In Australia they apply to metro and regional addresses in every state and territory, including WA, NT and Tasmania. Remote addresses in any country can arrive towards the end of the window.

Tracking
You get a tracking number by email once your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Late or lost parcels
If your parcel has not arrived by the end of its window, email support@beautytoolsdirect.com. We check with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Address mistakes
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within one hour of ordering and we will correct it before the order is sent. If a parcel comes back because of an address error, we contact you to arrange delivery again or a refund of the product price.
