The seller
Beauty Tools Direct is a trading name operated by The Trustee for Extension Technology Trust, ACN 637 610 489.
Prices
Prices are shown in your local currency on the product page and charged in that currency. Delivery is free, so the total shown at checkout is what you pay. Bundle prices (for example a 2-pack) are the prices shown on the product page at the time you order.
Orders
Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we email your confirmation. To cancel, email support@beautytoolsdirect.com within one hour of ordering and we refund you in full. After that, our refund policy applies.
Delivery
We deliver to Australia and the United States. Each product page shows the delivery window for your country before you buy. See our shipping policy for the details.
Promotions
We only run a promotion when its terms and end date are shown on the page, and it ends on that date.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you live outside Australia, the consumer laws of your country also apply where they give you more protection.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
